Mostar is dedicated to constantly improving the working conditions of its employees, visitors and all other persons who find themselves in the company’s working environment for the purpose of performing certain tasks, by ensuring and maintaining a safe and healthy working environment, all in accordance with the nature and level of risks to safety and health . at work in Aluminum Industry, which is achieved through a proactive, measurable and constructive health and safety management system.

Aluminij Industries is committed to ensuring a safe workplace, safe work equipment and a safe and competent workforce in accordance with legal requirements and the best examples of industrial practice, in order to prevent injuries at work and damage to workers’ health. In order to continuously improve results, we are focused on preventive action through the goals of managing the health and safety system at work in Aluminij Industries, and especially through the following goals:

• Comprehensive risk assessment at all workplaces and workplaces in the working environment, and taking the necessary safety measures at work;
• Preventive internal monitoring of the workplace, in order to identify potential risks to the safety and health of workers, and taking the necessary safety measures at work in order to increase the risks to the lowest level;
• Training all of its workers to work in a safe manner, and informing workers of other employers who occasionally work in Aluminij Industries about the risks at work;
