APPLICATION
This Policy applies to Aluminij Industries (hereinafter: “Aluminij” or “we”/„us“/„our“) and all employees, officers, contractors, and business partners acting on behalf of Aluminij.
It is aligned with applicable legislation in Bosnia and Herzegovina and international compliance standards relevant to our operations.
ENGAGING IN THE POLITICAL PROCESS

While maintaining strict political neutrality, Aluminij recognizes the importance of open and constructive cooperation with governmental institutions and public authorities at all levels. Such collaboration is essential to supporting our strategic goals, including investment, employment, infrastructure development, and regulatory compliance. All interactions with government officials must be conducted transparently, professionally, and in accordance with this Policy and applicable anti-corruption laws.

POLICY BREACHES
This Policy supports our core values and reflects Aluminij’s commitment to lawful and responsible conduct.
Non-compliance with this Policy may result in disciplinary action.
Depending on the severity of the breach, consequences may include a formal warning, suspension, or termination of employment or business relationship.
We encourage all employees and contractors to speak up and report any suspected breach of this Policy, in confidence and without fear of retaliation, through the designated internal reporting channels.
IMPLEMENTATION AND MONITORING
This Policy is implemented through regular employee training, internal monitoring, and compliance oversight.
Any concerns about political activity or government interaction must be reported promptly through internal reporting mechanisms.
POLICY REVIEW
This Policy shall be reviewed at least once every two years, or more frequently if required due to changes in legislation, international compliance obligations, or company operations.
